Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for Global Out Of Warranty(OOW) parts management, provide attractive parts for Lenovo OOW customer.
1. Global OOW business strategy and model design;
2. OOW product channel and promotion management, focus on product reach rate, cover maximized customer request;
3. OOW product E2E fulfillment management, focus on order process build up and optimize;
4. Build up OOW management rule with GEO team;
5. Identify best fullfillment solution and cost opportunities and make it happen;
6. Engage parts sales to extend revenue growth via making new initiatives;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Over 8 years global product marketing or supply chain experiences, people management experience is preferred;
3.Excellent written and spoken language skills in English;
4.Global thinking & End to end business thinking, bold to drive changes or transformation.
