职位描述和要求:

Position Description:
The Lenovo Global Product Services Group is experiencing tremendous growth and is hiring for a Global Product Services Sustaining Product Manager.  
Understand the Support Services market and build a point of view on the improvements to be driven for existing in-market product offerings.  
Support Services in this definition pertains to services required to provide diagnostic, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for IT systems.
Work with portfolio managers, other product managers, sales, customers, hardware teams, delivery and other internal stakeholders to understand the support services market today and where it is going.  
Work to improve gaps in current portfolio, setting product teams up for success driving sales.

The candidate should have a background in product management or equivalent customer-facing problem solving. The ideal candidate will also have a background in overall Services and a strong understanding of how to succeed selling both direct and through the channel.

This candidate should have strong leadership skills, ability to communicate at all levels, and be able to drive results.  Success will require the ability to influence and maintain open communication with all areas of the company, including worldwide hardware business units, geo/country service sales & marketing teams, and technical service delivery teams.

Position Requirements:

1.Work closely with other development leaders within Lenovo (Hardware, Services, Software, etc.) to align strategies to drive cohesive product enhancements
2.A start-up / entrepreneurial mind-set who overcomes barriers through influence, negotiation, insights & stakeholder collaboration activities
3.Clear understanding of current and future technologies and how they can be leveraged to provide innovative solutions to our customers
4.Demonstrated ability to drive organizational improvement through individual skill development along with targeted process enhancements
5.Prioritize requirements and create roadmaps for driving to a complete vision

Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus
2.5+ years product management or equivalent experience – sales/marketing and channel experience a plus
3.High level of communication & presentation skills
4.Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
5.Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
