Job description:
-Worked as the 1st HR focal for supporting biz teams.
-Conduct biz customer interviews to collect VOC(voice of customer).
-Develop HR solutions based on Biz VOC.
-Execute regular HR programs in supporting teams and provide solutions if any customized problems.
-Design customized HR solutions for supporting teams.
-Act as the PMO for regular HR program, develop the guidelines, timeline, tracking execution status, Fupan and optimize the process.
Qualification for the candidates:
-Around 5 yrs working experience in the HR field, at least 2-3 yrs HRBP experience.
-Strong logical thinking and well-organized.
-Self-motivated, strong ownership to deliver results with high quality.
-Good data analytics skills and good MS Office skills.
-Innovative to try new technologies to improve operation efficiency.
-Fluent in both spoken & written English.
