职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities

Taking the role of HRP assistant to support HR programs design and implementation , learning and development programs roll out.

-   Implement annual corp. / GSC / LME HR Programs per the schedule and requirement

-  Partner with business team to fulfil specific needs by providing comprehensive and professional HR solutions, Employee data analysis

-   Responsible for HR team coordination, learning, morale mgmt. and activity implementation

-   Support Leadership/Professional Learning program design according to the business needs analysis

-   Implement and track training programs, including training resource mgmt., internal trainers and data mgmt., training implementation and coordination.

-   Enhance the learning culture through various promotion approaches

-   Other key initiatives assignment

Job Requirement:

-     1-3 year working experience

-      Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration is preferred.;

-      Fluent in English

-      Good at interpersonal communication, office software
