Position descriptions:

The Lenovo MBG ROW (Mobile Business Group Rest of World) Services organization is responsible for the end to end strategy, architecture, and implementation of service for Motorola products.  Lenovo MBG ROW Services is a global organization.

This position will have the primary responsibility of leading Service Project team tasked with ensuring launch readiness activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) for MBG Motorola Products, to ensure service deliverables required to support launches are ready globally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Service Readiness project and engage internal teams and ODM/3rd parties to make sure Services can be ready for New Product Introduction (NPI) globally without delay.
• Develop detailed Service Project Plan to track progress.
• Lead & manage Service evaluation on Change Request during NPI phase.
• Perform risk management to identify Service Readiness Project risk and drive teams for mitigation plan.
• Bridge geography Service teams and Worldwide Service teams for Services Readiness status, key project updates and key issues discussion.
• Be as owner of Service internal NPI BMS & improve communication efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience in related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Technical or Business discipline, Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to work with global team members, drive worldwide projects.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• PMP certification is plus.
