职位描述和要求:

We are looking for someone who is both knowledgeable with ServiceNow and demonstrates strong BA skills. Experience/skill in device related managed services in Enterprise and SMB market is also a few specific things we are hoping to find. 
In this role you will be responsible for:
•    Work with business team to sort out services and offerings 
•    For each service offering, elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements with business team, as well as understand future roadmap
•    Work with ServiceNow experts to evaluate existing systems (if there is), provide solution to onboard the service to the new managed service platform (ServiceNow)
•    Help develop detailed implementation plans for the new managed service platform including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high-level architecture
•    Work with a team of both functional and technical experts through requirements breakdown and sprint design sessions
•    Manage specific areas of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk
•    Establish user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the key capabilities of ServiceNow
•    Assist with executing system validation, organize UAT and ensure the success of deployment of the managed service platform to production

Basic Qualifications:
•    4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations
•    Experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow key module (Service Portal, Customer Service Mgmt., Field Service Mgmt., Asset Mgmt. Service Mgmt., Operation Mgmt., etc.)
•    Experience developing implementation plans in ServiceNow
•    Knowledge of managed services, processes, and best practices
•    Experience in Project Management
•    Strong communication skills
•    Rich Agile experience
