职位描述和要求:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Master Planning Professional is entrusted to drive demand and supply planning to align with company strategy and business target, develop and maintain professional relationship with multi-cultural counterparts. This role encompasses analytical, communication and leadership skills, who can quickly identify deviations between expected results and disruptions, and initiate constructive solutions.

Streamline cross-functional processes and create value-added for customer over the long term.

FUNCTION COVERAGE:

CAP (Central Asia Pacific) region consumer PCSD supply & demand planning.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

End to End Demand & Supply Planning

  • Ensure annual and quarterly demand forecast to achieve business objectives. Capture and analyze demand signals and translate into forecast inputs coordinating with the regional 4P team and supply chain partners.
  • Influence and collaborate with key partners to address demand gaps as identified by historical forecast errors, seasonal volatility, and market trend.
  • Evaluate buying patterns of key customers and predict how the Lenovo should react to product transitions, discontinuations, availability, demand shifts, promotions, and competitive products.
  • Support the development of supply plans and reconcile them with demand plans. Proactively communicate gaps between these plans and propose solutions.
  • Minimize Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and aging inventory, keep healthy WOI in business partners

    Act as focal point of consumer segment demand planning execution

  • Shape and finalize demand planning deliverables through a collaborative, consensus-driven process that optimizes the balance between market opportunity and supply network capability.
  • Conduct weekly reviews with cross functional teams to achieve shipment/revenue/margin maximization through supply visibility and insights, demand shaping. Includes minimizing E&O and driving proactive opportunity to consume ATS and LTS supply
