职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners including product planning & management (4P), Sales, Marketing, and supply chain planning partners. 
2. Participate with making decisions that impact the demand plan and communicating those decisions to stakeholders, as well as identify and resolve forecast variances. 
3. Participating in country planning processes, as well as contributing to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives. 
Requirements:
1. This person is a well-rounded individual who encompasses analytical, communication and leadership skills. 
2. Ability to quickly identify deviations from expected results and other disruptions and can promptly resolve any issues.
3. 5+ years working experience on planning & project & master data management role in supply chain of similar industry
4. Advanced English skills in speaking, listening and writing.
