职位描述和要求:

  • Management Responsibilities
    • Be responsible for  team development, coaching, and high-quality succession plan
    • Review individual performance and continuously improving team performance
    • Cross tower/organization communication to manage appropriate expectations from different stakeholders.
  • Operation Responsibilities
    • Refine KM & Training solution model by leveraging the best practice from professional consulting/BPO company/MNCs
    • Manage and improve process documentations, centralization, standardization and digitalization /automation
    • Follow KM framework,  work with functional leaders to  identify, simplify and consolidate process documentations  within CoE and CoS to better serve organization goal towards process and people/talent management
    • Manage and maintain the companys KM & Training site in SharePoint and constantly improve and or seek better and secured alternatives for KM & Training liability
    • Work with cross functions to achieve strategic KM & Training goals set by the company through analyzing process details, system complexity, and required skillset
    • Responsible for conduct training surveys, draft annual training plan & budget , execute the plan and monitor training results through exams,  dashboards and or other forms of publications
    • In line with annual training plan,  work with internal and external training providers/resources to plan, organize  and or carry out training sessions /events for both Chinese and oversea audience  (in English)
    • Support line manager on various KM & Training related projects
    • Ad hoc assignments

  • Experience Requirements
    • More than 8 years working experiences in Finance area in reputed companies
    • 3+ years team management experience
    • Good process knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Transition, and Operations
    • Experience in organizing and/or lecturing large training events , workshops and or seminars online or offline
  • Skill Requirements
    • Ambitious high performer, emotionally resilient, result oriented, creative in approach and self-initiative
    • Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, commercially astute with the ability to contribute to a global strategy is a distinct advantage
    • Able to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced, demanding environment
    • Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges
    • Strong project management skills to drive a highly efficient project plan and execution.
    • International work experience and education is preferred
    • Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and have discussions with management and executives
    • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate &  SharePoint is a plus
  • Education
    • Possess outstanding academic records
    • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting and MBA, preferably international degree.
    • CPA, ACCA or CMA and equivalent is a plus
