职位描述和要求:

Position Description

- The Offering Team Manager (OTM) is an exciting leadership position combines the creativity of developing computer products with the entrepreneurial experience of running a small business.  The OTM leads a cross function team and is responsible for driving the end-to-end product development execution, actively managing supporting functional groups and making day-to-day tradeoff decisions based on customer value, cost, expense and resources.

- The OTM acts as the voice of the program and represents the project team in presenting project status and formal checkpoint exit results to the senior executive committee.

Responsibilities

Leverage Marketing Requirements, Technology Capabilities, Launch, Cost, Price and Business  Objective

Requirements to optimize the product definition

1Create the end-to-end project master schedule, resource plan and budget with multiple functional team input,

2 Commit product definition, cost and quality, project expense and schedule to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction

3Track and manage the comprehensive and transparent project expenses

4 Drive the execution by ensuring the compliance of all project milestones and key documents such as Marketing Requirement Document, Offering Definition and ID

5 Ensure the staffing of the Offering Team and lead cross- functional, global Offering Team to execute offering processes, deliver tasks and project targets on time

6Make tradeoff decisions on project budget and timeline, product and project design as well as development plan and risk approach (e.g., judgment of product change request)

7Drive teams with the strong leadership for achieving and delivering project objectives

8Mentor to develop employees and provide 360 feedback to functional manager for employee evaluations

Requirement:

1Holds a Bachelor Degree or higher with MBA preferred

28 years or more Project Management Experience

3Experience across multiple functions, even outside R&D

4PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preferred and eventually required

5Strong leadership skills, execute projects, and develop people

6Project and Team management skill to optimize resources to deliver project results

7Ability to synthesize and communicate to senior management key project aspects

8Ability to identify and manage risk; able to make decisions under risk

9Able to lead effective problem solving

10Able to identify issues requiring escalation
