职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities：
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities to maintain consistent workflow efficiency.
  2. Analyze existing workflows, identify potential bottlenecks, and resolve them with innovative and out-of-the-box solutions.
  3. Manage AI agents effectively, including oversight of their performance, optimization, and day-to-day operational deployment.
  4. Facilitate cross-team collaboration, coordinate communication between different departments, and drive efficient cooperation to achieve common business goals.
Job Requirements：
  1. Possess strong analytical skills to assess workflow processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to address operational bottlenecks.
  3. Have practical experience in managing AI agents or relevant digital tools, with an understanding of their operational principles and optimization methods.
  4. Exhibit excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, able to bridge gaps between different teams and promote collaborative work.
