职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop AI Application for Global Supply Chain transformation. Implement AI, AI Agent related solutions.
2.Build agents solutions leveraging corporate LLM and agent builder, with knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, ReAct, or LangGraph.
3.Develop business scenarios to adapt to self-developed large model, enhance and expand existing models with RAG through business data and knowledge bases, and conduct operation and maintenance and optimization of large model applications
4.Tune LLM leveraging prompt, RAG, few-shot and related methods
5.Participants in development process and used tools such as Maven, git and docker
6.Implement tools to extend LLM functionality and capability to enhance agent
7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.

Job Requirements:
1.Major in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. Master degree preferred.
2.3+ years proven work experience in LLM tuning and AI engineering.
3.Strong architecture and programming skills on Python (must), Java as a plus.
4.Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, good programming habits as well as engineering abilities
5.Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG and LLM tuning.
6.Familiar with the development of large models and AI agents, have a strong interest and enthusiasm for AI application development, and be willing to engage in related work for a long time
7.Fluent in English communication (both written and spoken)
8. Understand deep learning models and algorithms, and be proficient in using common deep learning frameworks as a plus
