职位描述和要求:

Position Description:

1. Manage Hardware/Software/Services sourcing team.

2. Cascade corporate strategy to the team, and set KPIs to achieve goals from Procurement Director.

3. Create cost savings opportunities & spending optimizations and inspire the team members.

4. Mange suppliers strategically.

5. With a sense of industry knowledge and trend, coach team members to study.

6. Maintain network with cross-functional teams, as well as escalations & help needed.

7. Make long-term and short-term development plans both for business and people

Position Knowledge:

1. Expert in Commodity / Category mgmt., policies, and procedures for several related areas and their dependencies.

1) Full knowledge of business functions processes and tools

2) Ability to identify pain points for the E2E business team

3) Full knowledge of system logic and could contribute to the optimization

4) Good knowledge of program/project management

2. Subject matter expertise on commodity / Category.

3. Knowledge of Lenovo’s core E2E business & GSC full processes.

4. Strategic view and planning skills.

5. Knowledge of the business process with the ability to provide assessments and direction for improvement.

6. Strong technical and business acumen.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to interact with BU to drive category roadmaps and strategies into the portfolio, category sourcing strategy for indirect spending.

2. Strong ability to identify opportunities for improving procurement performance with new solutions & techniques.

3. Strong program management skills -ability to lead multiple projects at the same time.

4. Good at providing input to supplier strategies and could obtain stakeholders’ support.

5. Comfortable with multiple influence modes with peers and key business stakeholders.

6. Good Leadership skills and sense.

7. Strong capability of decision-making & risk-taking.

8. Good Innovation skills and insight.

9. Strong Negotiation skills.

10. Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Decision-Making Skills.

11. Provide inputs on structural team planning.

12. Resource planning.

13. Budgeting.

14. Participate in and execute company HR processes with team (including P3, Rewards, OHRP, Lenovo Listen etc.).

15. Team development:

1) Create opportunities for team members in line with development direction and company requirements

2) Be a partner with team members on career path planning

3) Help build team member skills (e.g., solution, collaboration, technology)

16. Demonstrated as a role model for the whole team

Position Experience:

1. 8+ years in related business areas.

Language Requirements:

1. Fluent oral and written communication skills both English and Cantonese.
