职位描述和要求:

Position Description:

1. Support Hardware/Software/Services sourcing activities by project demand.

2. Manage the purchasing operations and deliver KPIs.

3. Continuously drive for cost savings/spending optimizations.

4. Lead data digitalization.

5. Suppliers Performance Management.

6. Industry knowledge deep dive and coaching with the team.

7. Upstream collaboration with cross functional teams as well as daily escalations & help needed.

8. Enhance as-is processes.

Position Knowledge:

1. Strong knowledge of Commodity / Category management. and a complete business process including use of tools and solution.

1) Knowledge of industry tendency and best practice

2) Knowledge of suppliers

3) Knowledge of Competitor

4) Knowledge of Legal & Compliance

5) Knowledge of Finance

6) knowledge of project design and execution

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to plan and execute procurement operation activities associated with business transformation, supply/supplier management, process re-engineering, and cost management.

2. Implement sourcing strategy within a certain commodity / category perform supplier screening, price negotiation.

3. Able to track and analyze procurement performance, including cost, cash flow and/or expense control.

4. Could interact with BU to drive commodity roadmaps / Category sourcing strategy; develop product commodity source plans / spend management for indirect spend.

5. Ability to set good relationship with suppliers.

6. Basic negotiation skills.

7. Basic analytical skills.

8. Ability to work well independently and in a team - setting within a fast-paced environment.

Work Experience:

1. 3-5 years in related business areas.

2. Fluence in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Language Requirements:

1. Fluent oral and written communication skills both English and Cantonese.
