职位描述和要求:

[Job Title] Sr. Vehicle Compute Product Manager 

Reports To: Head of Advanced Research & Product Management 

Reports To: Shanghai 

Job Overview: Build deep understanding of ADAS/AD/IVI Compute market trend together with architect team; analyze commercial needs, technical feasibility and cost influence to make & maintain the competitive, achievable and balanced product definition proposals. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

 List the essential duties required to carry out this job. 

  • Analyze ADAS/AD/IVI Compute market to achieve better understanding of technology, competition, regulation & business trend 

  • Deep dive in competition analysis, including but not limited to main competitors, market share, sales channel, technical specification & performance 

  • Deep dive in customer requirement analysis, including final application, feature set requirement, hardware & software performance 

  • Develop ADAS/AD/IVI Compute product roadmap and product specification, together with technical, business, supply chain teams, to achieve competitive, achievable and balanced product definition 

  • Carry out product development according to roadmap planning, with guidance, monitoring and correction of project execution 

  • Support RFI/RFQ, and convert market requirement to product requirement for continuous optimization 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor or above degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, automation, computer science or related majors, with 6+ years experience 

  • 3+ years Tier-1 or OEM working experience, and being familiarity with International & China OEM process, product and DVP&R requirements 

  • Successful track record of market analysis and product definition, which comes from concept study through mass production 

  • Good understanding of product management methodology, with strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capability 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)  

  • Good understanding of project management and design functions of EE, ME, SW and test/validation 

  • Work in a self-motivating way and autonomously find correct direction to solve problems 

  • High level of verbal & written communication skills, both Chinese & English 

  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, supplier & other stake holders
