Job Responsibilities:

1. Build up regular dashboard to strong support planning management and key steps to optimize logic and operations to improve overall performance via AI solutions.

2. Strong leadership and rich experience in lifecycle process optimization & operations, broad knowledge on supply mgt., related business negotiation, and project management.

3. Lead the discussion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve all kinds of issues.

4. Technical Leadership: Design end-to-end AI architecture for LTB mgt. platform, set technical standards, and drive best practices in AI development.

Job requirements:

1. 6+ years working experience on Supply Management, Lifecycle Management or Parts Planning, or Project Managers.

2. Majoring in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business Analysis, computer science or related.

3. AI Experience: 2+ years of experience in software development/architecture, focused on building and deploying machine learning or NLP/AI solutions in a production environment.

4. Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with key AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Skilled in Microsoft office(Excel), ACCESS, SQL, etc.

5. Must have good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English.

6. Must be eager to learn with fast learning curve and have strong sense of urgency and be able to standard pressure load.

7. Must be a dedicated and dependable team player, willing to follow guidelines and management to help whole team achieve success.

8. Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic technical decisions.

9. Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

岗位要求：

1. 6年以上供应管理、生命周期管理或零件规划相关工作经验或项目管理经验。

2. 供应链管理、数学、商业分析、计算机科学或相关专业。

3. AI经验：2年以上软件开发/架构经验，专注于在生产环境中构建和部署机器学习或自然语言处理/人工智能解决方案。

4. 编程能力：熟练掌握Python，熟悉关键的AI/ML库（如TensorFlow、PyTorch、Hugging Face）。熟练使用Microsoft Office（Excel）、ACCESS、SQL等。

5. 具备良好的英语口语和书面沟通及表达能力。

6. 学习能力强，具备自我驱动力，抗压能力强。

7. 拥有敬业精神和可靠的团队协作能力，愿意遵循指导方针和管理层的要求，助力整个团队取得成功。
