职位描述和要求:

Portfolio Operations Manager – Position Description 

Lenovo is seeking a Portfolio Operations Manager to join its PC and Smart Devices Commercial Business Segment. As a key member of the Commercial Notebook Portfolio and Segment Management team, this individual is responsible for driving operational aspects of the commercial ThinkPad product portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Market and Competitive Analysis
  • Analysis of Big Data Sources
    • Collaborate with Lenovo Big Data AI team to drive portfolio insights
    • Leverage Product Survey and Forum Scraping Tools to identify customer sentiment and drive improvements into the product portfolio
  • Manage Key Component Roadmaps with commodity owners (Displays, Cameras, Drives, Memory, Batteries, etc…)
    • Handle day to day operations as well as driving the 2 to 3-year hardware strategy
    • Engage with key industry partners to align with Lenovo’s strategy
  • Publish 5 Quarter Product Roadmap
  • Drive Portfolio KPIs and Platform Accounting
  • PPM Tool Manager for commercial (digitization of product definition and portfolio plans)
  • Work closely with product marketing, product operations, product development, and integrated portfolio team

Position Requirements 
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global and multicultural team environment and possess the skills to act as a key leader on the Portfolio Team.  This individual must be passionate about products and technology, possess strong written and oral communications skills, be a creative yet detail-oriented thinker, and be able to thrive in a diverse team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Technical and/or Marketing required, MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Product marketing / product management experience required
  • Experience in PC, Mobile, or Smart Device industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to think strategically and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 10%)
  • Fluent in English
