职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities
1. Participate in Regional BMS and function as an extension of the GEO teams.
2. Drive Smart Launch Timeline and solve possible issues to launch product.
3. Own BMS Execution with PRC GEO - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
4. Manage Business performance tracking.
5. Manage & Drive actions with Key Stakeholders to achieve business and maximize sales success
6. Will work hand in hand with regional Geo to drive sales within the quarter and align the product portfolio and volume mix with targeted markets and go to market initiatives.
7. Lead cross functional BMS to align with organizational KPIS
8. Utilize best practice sharing across GEO / Segments
9. Translate GEO performance into actionable initiatives
Requirements
1. 10+ Years experience in sales operations
2. Strong sense in data analysis include sales and finance data
3. Solid experience in sales strategy and operation process
3. Excellent in English and Chinese writing, speaking and presenting
