Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Conducts project management after Smart Lunch Exit.

2. Product Data Management: Develops competitive process/system on project management & product data management; Well trained on AI related knowledge/ skills.

3. Business Sense: Assesses and get GEO potential needs aligning with the promotion plan/peak season. Performs data readiness execution to fulfill GEOs demands.

Job Requirements
1. Masters/bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or other Engineering fields. AI related degrees/certifications are preferred.
2. Possess strong experience in AI field, AI development, Data Knowledge management.
3. Familiar with standard Product Life Cycle processes & best practices
4. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and dealing with conflicting priorities.
5. Experience in managing cross-functional project resources. Strong Technical and project management skills with the ability to drive others to achieve results
6. Problem solving and process creation experiences
7. Must be a highly motivated person with an understanding of business/ manufacturing implications of successful project management and a strong technical aptitude.

岗位要求

1. 本科或硕士学历，信息技术（IT）、计算机工程或其他工程相关专业。具备 AI 相关专业背景或认证者优先。
2. 拥有丰富的 AI 领域、AI 开发及数据知识管理相关经验。
3. 熟悉标准产品生命周期（Product Life Cycle）流程及最佳实践。
4. 具备优秀的人际交往、沟通及演讲展示能力，能够独立工作并处理优先级冲突。
5. 具备跨职能项目资源管理经验；拥有较强的技术能力和项目管理能力，能够推动相关人员达成业务目标和项目成果。
6. 具备问题解决及流程建立经验。
7. 具备高度积极主动的工作态度，理解成功项目管理对业务及制造运营的影响，并具有较强的技术敏锐度。
