Position Description:
    This position reports into the WW Services Process Engineering Manager and supports the enablement, management and governance of our worldwide services data we use to sell to and service our customers.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with internal and external customers, understands the value of data, can use common tools to mine and present data in useful forms, can work with our team to improve processes around our data infrastructure, and can communicate across the organization.

Responsibilities will include:
1.Work with development teams to enable new offerings ensuring all systems are updated for success
2.Communicate with internal Lenovo personnel to ensure they understand the data they are seeing, answering their questions, and ensuring their success
3.Service PN enablement and government
4.Perform complex data analysis to discover information and trends, which will be used to make smarter decisions on delivering products and services to our customers
5.Work as a bridge from the customer to our BTIT teams to represent the customer needs in our operational systems
6. Ensure data integrity throughout the system environment

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
2.3-5 years’ experience with business analytics and reporting supporting a Sales or Sales Operations environment is preferred.
3.Ability to communicate fluently in English.
4.Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files
5.Self-starter and able to work independently
6.Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, and a desire to improve skills are essential
7.Ability to quickly adjust to change, learn new tools and rapidly course correct
