Responsibilities：
1.Handle business solution design of Global Expenditure Management（GEM）；
2.Drive periodic meetings and reports detailing the GEM team requirements and  Transformation roadmap. Meet with the finance/Accounting/IT departments and assist in developing GEM strategies quarterly and yearly；
3.Implement GEM-related solutions as abusiness partner including project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training and go-live support；
4.Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance and IT solution；
5.Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial intuitions.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or relevant field;
2.Practices of CapEx/OpEx management, expenditure management and finance project lead or in a relevant financial management position;
3.1-2 years of implementation experience or familiarity with SAP Concur systems;
4.Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and financial management software including SAP/Oracle and others;
5.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business finances from large scale to minute;
7.Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in a business setting.
