职位描述和要求:

Job Description:
1. Product owner to manage product end to end Demand & Supply.
2. New product transiation management: NPI on time launch, Ramp/AR guidance on FCST loading, Key parts risk buy Mgt, SVT/SOVP supply & risk Mgt.
3. E2E SMT Process with cross teams and MRP Accuracy ensurement , Wkly two-run MRP performance monitor, prepare correct item and quantity with GSM.
4.Product level DMD/Supply commit Mgt & BPS/ONS/DOI Mgt, TJ box supply commitment / ATS owner.
5. Cross team MWD/ E&O Mgt.
6.  Working with LME/ECAT team for FA/SMT capacity improvement to meet our quarterly target, monthly monitor capacity preparation and co-work with team to drive capacity increased.

Requirement:
1. Around 3 Years working experiences.
2. Experienced on Project Management, with related knowledge on PC products.
3. Experienced on Supply management, lead time, DOI, E&O etc.
4. Good communication & cross function team coordination skill.
5. Good skills on MS office tools & data analysis, good written & spoken English
6. Passion for business and be highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
7. Better to have Digital/Coding capability. With Power BI or another digitial skils， SMT production managment experience would be better.
