职位描述和要求:

As Senior Digital Marketing Transformation Manager, MRM, you will be responsible for:

·         Administering Marketing Resource Management (MRM) operations – processes, personnel, and tools.

·         Driving MRM transformation to standardize and improve related policies and procedures.

·         Developing and implementing new MRM strategies and associated plans.

·         Increasing user adoption of MRM tools by managing the delivery of supporting content – training, documentation.

·         Capturing and managing MRM requirements and releases.

·         Managing all MRM communications and establishing strong networks.

·         Analyzing trends, user feedback, and competitor behavior to optimize MRM tools and strategies.

·         Driving cross-functional projects, working with Marketing team members and other Lenovo teams (e.g., Finance, IT, and Sales).

·         Establishing, growing, and maintaining data and analytics related tools and processes.

·         Assisting with the development of a multi-disciplinary team to become key decision influencers.

·         This location will be based in Beijing, China.

Qualifications

·         Candidates will have a minimum 6-8 years’ experience across business analyst practices on which the candidate should have developed sound business/commercial judgment and critical thinking.

·         Ability to drive MRM transformation - processes, data, and technology.

·         Advanced knowledge on MRM solutions, such as Anaplan.

·         Influence multiple stakeholders from business and IT disciplines to achieve alignment.

·         Strong cross-functional project management capability to drive timely business impact working with diversified project team.

·         Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with capacity to interact with all levels in the organization (including regular exposure to executive management).

·         Strong problem-solving capability to tackle complicated issues

·         Quickly understand complex business and systems environment.
