职位描述和要求:

Job Description:

1. Managing the development and implementation of procurement initiatives.
2. Lead mobile chipset pricing negotiation and drive cost improvement plans to keep cost competiveness through products' life-cycle.
3. Timely and proactive problem solving to ensure supply.
4. Lead Quarter Business Review (QBR) with suppliers and work closely on performance improvement.
5. Maintain strategic view of related vertical industry for understanding of competitive costs, trends, supply and risks.  

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronic Engineering, or Supply Chain management.
2. 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, or engineering environment.
3. Experience in Mobile Chipset sourcing is highly desirable.
4. Strong cross-function team communication and negotiation skills.
5. Strong problem-solving & Proactive thinking & Ownership-taking.
6. Experienced working and communicating in global teams.
7. Fluent reading , speaking and writing in English & Chinese.
