We are looking for an experienced researcher to lead end-to-end user research for our hardware and software innovations. You will leverage research to uncover business opportunities, enable data-driven decisions, and help the organization move confidently from concept to scale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead user research throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Conduct front-end user research integrated with competitive and consumer trend analysis, as well as large-scale and multi-region quantitative surveys during product planning stage to identify clear opportunity areas and strategic direction.
- Validate product concepts and usability through iterative testing with clear and actionable optimization recommendations that inform design lock-in and development prioritization.
- Partner with product, design, and development stakeholders to prioritize research efforts and directions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by proactively communicating research insights through compelling presentations, workshops, and executive readouts - ensuring findings directly influence product roadmaps and go/no-go decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in consumer behavior, psychology, statistics, sociology, HCI, human factor engineering, computer science and engineering related majors
- More than 4-5 years research experience in tech or auto industry with a proven track record conducting studies across the full product lifecycle including research proposal design, execution, data analysis and reporting.
· Prefer candidates with experience in user research on both agency and client sides.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including but not limited to ethnographic research, concept validation, usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, and Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) frameworks.
- Solid data analysis capability with SPSS, R, Python, or Excel
- Strong ability in translating research findings into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Teamwork spirit and good communication skill
- Passionate about user research and technology, with keen attention to detail
- Strong logical and strategic thinking
- English can be used as working language, with proficiency in daily email communication, professional report writing, and efficient presentation to management.

岗位要求:
- 本科及以上学历,消费者行为、心理学、统计学、社会学、人机交互、人因工程学、计算机科学与工程等相关专业
- 年以上科技或汽车行业研究经验,具备覆盖产品全生命周期的研究实战经验,包括研究方案设计、执行、数据分析与报告撰写
- 优先考虑具备乙方及甲方用户研究经验者
- 熟练掌握定性及定量研究方法,包括但不限于民族志研究、概念验证、可用性测试、A/B测试、问卷调查及JTBD方法
- 具备扎实的定量数据分析能力,熟练使用SPSS、R、Python或Excel
- 能够将研究发现有效转化为有意义且可执行的洞察
- 具备团队合作精神及良好的沟通能力
- 对用户研究与技术充满热情,具备敏锐的观察力并注重细节
- 英语可作为工作语言,能够熟练运用英文进行日常邮件沟通、专业报告撰写及面向管理层的高效汇报。
