职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for driving user engagement and business growth of Desktop Agentic Edge AI products, designing and operating scalable user engagement frameworks, indicator systems and ecosystem-oriented growth models, and converting AI technical capabilities into effective user adoption and long-term sustained user usage.
2. Design and build end-to-end user engagement systems and growth models for AI hardware and software integrated products, and implement full-process operation and optimization work.
3. Define and manage core product growth metrics covering activation, retention, task completion rate and feature adoption rate, rely on data analysis to discover product and user operation problems, and promote iterative optimization of products and operations.
4. Take charge of beta testing projects and early adopter user operation and maintenance, systematically collect, sort out and analyze user feedback, and feed back valuable insights to the product end to assist product function iteration and experience improvement.
5. Combine user insight data with product and R&D priority planning to support scenario-based product design, make product functions more adaptable to actual user usage scenarios and core demands.
6. Develop and optimize user onboarding processes, guiding content and product best practice guidelines, eliminate user adoption barriers, and effectively improve product user activity and usage frequency.
7. Build and operate product user communities and ecological engagement systems around plugins, skills, workflows and other product ecological modules, and drive the sustainable growth of product ecology and user scale.
Job Requirements:
1. Have in-depth understanding of Internet product user growth and user engagement operation logic, with rich experience in building growth frameworks and indicator systems for software and hardware integrated products or AI products.
2. Possess professional data analysis capabilities, be able to independently sort out core growth indicators, conduct data-driven business analysis, and put forward targeted iterative optimization plans.
3. Have rich experience in beta project operation and early user maintenance, be good at capturing user core demands from user feedback, and efficiently link product and R&D resources to realize demand landing.
4. Have strong user insight and scenario analysis capabilities, can accurately match user demands with product R&D and iteration priorities, and support scenario-based product innovative design.
5. Possess excellent content compilation and process optimization capabilities, able to design user onboarding paths and usage guidance content, and effectively reduce user product use thresholds.
6. Have certain ecological operation and community building capabilities, familiar with the operation logic of product plugins, functional skills, workflow and other ecological modules, able to drive ecological user growth.
