  • Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
    • Remove impediments and help teams maintain a sustainable delivery pace.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
    • Use your technical background to understand development challenges, dependencies, and risks.
    • Partner with engineering teams to improve collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
    • Previous hands-on experience in software development or another technical role.
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive team effectiveness.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
    • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
    • Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
