◇Position Description◇

- Lead sales team as people manager in manufacturing industry vertical group and drive enterprise global customers 

- Proactive solutions selling while delivering on aggressive sales targets

- Deliver excellent CX 

- Execute the overall go to market strategy; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives as well as key partners surrounding key customers

- Utilize a structured and repeatable business process to enable strategic and accurate pipeline management.

- Collaborate across Lenovo’s fast paced and highly matrixed organization

- Lead Hitachi WW businesses as global account manager (acting role)

- Cover to sell all portfolio from Lenovo products, solutions and services to Hitachi

- Build account plan/sales actions plan and execute it by giving instructions to members and review based on PDCA

- Understand customers’ pain points and business goal through sales activities and proposed the best fit proposal to grow the comprehensive businesses with customers

- In order to achieve sales budget, create enough pipeline, manage, drive and close them as deals. KPI to achieve budget are Sales rev, Gross profit and unit volumes ( PC)

- Be aggressive to sell solution and services

■Position Requirements:

• Proven sales leader who hold their team to a high level of accountability 

• Deep experience of leading teams acquiring very large Enterprise/Server accounts  

• Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account 

• Ability to drive a team with targeted deadlines while keeping them focused and moving forward with a sense of urgency

• Aptitude to hire quality talent and coach different selling styles whereby salespeople can achieve success 

• Candidate with strong background on managing manufacturing as customers will be preferred

More than 15 years sales experience in the industry related to HW or SW /Solution and service, 

■Good to have - desirable

Used to work in /for Hitachi companies (including Child companies) -


• Direct selling to customers (enterprise customers) 

• Keep and development the relationship with customers in long/middle term)

•  Native level Japanese

• Business level English

• Strong Lead the team 

•  Open mind and proactive communication with team as sell as WW peers

• Aggressive to learn and adapt under any circumstance with appropriate speed

•  Strong commitment to achieve budget

• Strong accountability about what he/she does
