Description and Requirements

■About the organization and team

Own the mission of sales expansion of assigned workstation products collaborate with high-touch, partner sales and web team providing specialist expertise. The office is in Tokyo to cover main partners based in metropolitan area (covering east Japan)

- Planning and driving quarterly/yearly business development plan of Workstation products in SMB market

- Strategic planning and execution to achieve sales target of channel and web business

- Conduct enablement activities for internal and external partner sales for revenue maximization

- Have periodic business review meetings with selected partners involving executive level of people

- Plan and execute demand generation activities cooperating with marketing and web team to build pipeline

- Provide product specialist expertise for new and existing opportunities to enhance the win rate

■Key Interaction with:

Partner sales, High-touch sales, Product marketing, Web team

§  ■Business Trip (Location, frequency):

2-3 times a week for partner visit (east Japan focus)

■Career Path

Business development (BDM role) skills can be extended to various possibilities (management roles such as Sales GM/Product/Project Manager and others)

■Must have

-5 years or more account sales, solution sales, or business development experience in enterprise products such as workstation / --PC / Server / storage

- Business English writing skill is necessary

■Good to have

-        Experience as channel and commercial sales

Knowledge of industry-specific application / solution such as design production, civil engineering construction, video editing, game, health care, etc.

-        Presentation skills to management and CxO executive

Business acumen with driving QBR, partner review, weekly business review meeting
