The Sales Digital Transformation Analyst plays an important partner role in bridging the gap between sales business requirements and IT solutions within the context of digital transformation initiatives. They collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effective integration of technology solutions in all sales fields from Leads to order in Direct/Indirect, Ecom/Field. The primary focus of this role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for digital transformation, managing projects, and acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Project management experience is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Take Lenovo Digital Transformation Role and Support change management and solution deployment related work for Japan Projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges, work with IT implementation team for driving the solution design and development, and serve as the primary point of contact between business and IT delivery team.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization within the organization, and drive project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training, and go-live support with needed project management methodologies.
- Undertake Japanese market insight and be able to translate into global business practice in relevant meetings, workshop, and other communication channel.
- Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Continuously monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders through survey and other communication skills.
- Understand Lenovo Global Template and support global projects per demand.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree above, major in business management related, IT related or mathematics/statistics related.
- More than 5 years proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and project management for digitalization or sales transformation field
- Exceptional communication skills, good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing culture team working environment, project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Native level in Japanese, fluent level in English are essential, fluent level Chinese will be preferred.
- Technology, digitalization, manufacture, and IT industry background (sales or consulting) are preferred.
