Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Implementation and Cost Management
   • Lead the implementation of the Large Language Model (LLM) chatbot (Project A).
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
   • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
   • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
2. Knowledge Transfer and Optimization
   • Thoroughly understand and document the methodologies, processes, and best practices from AI project.
   • Optimize these learnings to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
   • Identify opportunities to leverage the knowledge and expertise gained from AI chatbot to other projects within the organization.
   • Work closely with project teams to integrate these optimized practices, supporting solution enhancement and driving innovation across multiple projects.
3. Core AI Features and Functions Development
   • Research and analyze industry best practices for AI features and functions to establish a robust foundation for our AI products.
   • Collaborate with technical teams to define, prioritize, and implement core AI features that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
   • Ensure that these features are designed to maximize investment utilization, delivering high ROI and value to our customers.
   • Continuously evaluate and refine these features based on user feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.
4. GenAI Technology and Market Research
   • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI (GenAI) technology, applications, and trends.
   • Conduct in-depth research on emerging GenAI technologies and their potential impact on our product strategy and future offerings.
   • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on GenAI trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for differentiation.
   • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to network with thought leaders and stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably within the AI or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs and GenAI, and their applications in various industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within budget constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting market research and staying updated with the latest technological trends.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for AI product development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
