职位描述和要求:

Position Description:
1. Be responsible for all quality related issues after product SLE for ODM products.
2. Define manufacturing quality guidance for ODM product, lead MP quality issues solving for quick and effective closure.
3. Support overseas new production transferring and mass production, set up and review KPIs to drive global EMS continuous improvement.
4. Manage quality of KD material and sub-assembly parts, lead to handle KD material quality issue with overseas EMS site and make final judgement for RMA responsibility.
5. Enable and evaluate ODM/EMS with systematic and regular audits and drive its improvement to meet requirements.
6. Manage ORT and drive ODMs to solve relates issue effectively and lockdown corrective action quickly.
7. Act as coordinators to deal with argument among overseas sites/EMS/ODM.
8. Regular MQR/QQR review with ODMs and drive continuous improvement.
9. Synchronize and standardize global process/procedures.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any Engineering background, at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing, operation, or quality management.
2. Be familiar with supply chain related activities. Such as manufacturing, SMT, Assembly, IE, Testing, NPI and Quality (at least 3 of above experience are needed).
3. Good experience and knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem-solving skills, GB or BB is preferred.
4. Good global view with strategy thinking.
5. Good risk-evaluator and decision-maker in dynamic environments.
6. Good leadership and interpersonal skills, strong collaboration and influencing skills.
7. Be fluent in both spoken and written English. Japanese communication skills is plus.
8. Be good at Microsoft office software, Proficient in any BI software is preferred.
9. Be responsible, liable, honest and transparent.
10. Prefer accept travel and relocate to EMS sites in China if business needed.
