职位描述和要求:

Roles and responsibilities

Lenovo Research (LR) is the R&D division of Lenovo and has always been committed to pushing forward the development of information technology, smart devices, and services, keeping delivering cutting-edge technologies that have been built into Lenovo’s high-tech products and services.

This position is to work as an AI algorithm researcher in a team of PC Innovation and Ecosystem (PCIE) Lab, responsible for building and optimizing AI inference cloud platform.

We are seeking a passionate candidate with experience in AI algorithm and frameworks, to build GPU clusters, design training and inference platform architectures, optimize multi-node training and inference processes, develop inference frameworks, and program CUDA operators.

Role and Responsibility

        Lead the research on the SOTA AI platform technologies.

        Build LLM inference platform, including inference layer and software layers.

        Design and optimize the AI cloud frameworks with industry cutting-edge technologies.

        Develop and maintain the AI cloud service.

Key Interaction with:

         Lenovo Research in Beijing – software, AI algorithm researcher

         Lenovo Research in Shenzhen – hardware development, electronical engineering

         Lenovo Research in Japan – software, hardware researcher

Requirements

        MSc or PhD in computer/information science, electronics engineering, or a related field

        5+ years’ R&D experience in design GPU cluster or have the experience in training / inference framework research works.

        Experienced in CUDA development.

        Experienced in AI model design and turning

        Skilled in python, pytorch, c++, cuda

        Deeply understand network and virtualization

        Understand network and data security.

        Have the fundamental knowledge on deep learning, AI training and MLLM algorithm

        Written communication skills in business English for efficient communication with team
