职位描述和要求:

The Agile Transformation Coach will drive our dynamic and innovative environments and will be exposed to many new modern software solutions, and legacy client solutions that is being managed in traditional ways and will need to be transformed by leveraging Agile/Lean management methodologies. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Managing schedule and transformation, and communicate progress to management • Actively addresses schedule and transformation issues and adjustments to meet the business timelines • Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency with different teams, captures and manages dependencies, synchronizes schedules • Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies/project meetings with internal and external organizational stakeholders • Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to provide clear priorities that drive towards organizational goals while delivering on key KPI’s • Work with DevOps team, Developers, Product Owners, and other key stakeholder to continue to define and improve common agile processes and practices • Trains and coaches the Scrum teams and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices • Trains and coaches the teams towards becoming self-organized, and driving transparency • Actively aid scrum teams’ productivity by identifying solutions to obstacles as they arise • Regularly assess squads’ agile maturity, which will drive your coaching and development approach for each squad • Identify and manage risks associated with projects • Utilize agile principles to influence change  • Provide strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down, and across organization
