职位描述和要求:

Job description:

1. Handle HR-related daily queries from internal employees, managers, and HR partners via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.

2. Master HR policy, process, and system within one month after training.

3. Support team daily tasks and projects, such as communication design, PPT preparation, data analysis, etc.

4. Initiate and follow up on process/system enhancements.

5. Deliver new hire/new manager refresh training for China-based employees.


Requirement:

1. Major in Human resources, psychology, management, etc., and have a basic understanding/knowledge of HR processes.

2. Preferably with 1-3 years of work experience in HR Service Center in large companies.

3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. 

4. Quick learner and curious about new things/trends.

5. Good interpersonal skills and love to connect with others.
