Job Responsibilities:
1、 Conduct in-depth analysis of global and regional PC peripheral market trends, competitive dynamics, user needs, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making.
2、 Monitor leading brands and competitors in product categories like displays, peripherals, and accessories, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
3、 Produce actionable market reports and drive product strategy adjustments based on insights.
4、 Lead product line planning (Good, better, best) and SKU optimization, balancing market demand, regional preferences, and company resources.
5、 Collaborate with product teams to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and core selling propositions, ensuring competitive differentiation and profitability.
6、 Manage product lifecycle processes, phasing out underperforming SKUs and introducing new high-potential categories.
7、 Develop end-to-end omnichannel GTM plans for product launches, promotions, and channel policies, coordinating resources across online/offline platforms.
Job Requirements:
1、Have 5+ years of experience in PC/peripherals business development, product management, or channel strategy.
2、Demonstrate proven expertise in market analysis, product portfolio optimization, and GTM execution.
3、Possess strong negotiation skills with experience in managing global retail, e-commerce, or B2B channels.
4、.Fluency in English is a plus.
5、Be proficient in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and CRM platforms.
