Job Description: 

In full charge of operational cost management for Lenovo tablet Business, including all types of NRE, fundings, and rebate.  Work closely with Lenovo GSC Finance, BU Finance, Procurement, PM, and BM to ensure the process integrity and data visibility and accuracy.   

Set up process to systematically manage IP licenses and monitor risks in a proactive way with Legal and Finance to lower the level of risk exposure and reduce the unexpected hit to financial books.   

Evaluate Design House budget rationality, and review the contracts, track the spending management, and timely update all Design House related processes to all stakeholders.  

Support cost team operations, including rigid BMS (internally and externally), effective process update and cascading, backup mechanism, and open sharing and learning culture.  

Job Requirements: 

Proved integrity, ownership, and self-motivation in the past job experiences.  

Accumulated > 5 years’ experiences in roles like cost management, R&D expenses management or Finance. Cost engineering and cost saving project experiences are preferred.  

Move fast and solve problems efficiently. Be able to challenge status-quo and independently lead key stakeholders to optimize as-is processes.  

Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, with strong analytical and communication skills (both in Chinese and English) and an eye for details. Presentation skills can be a plus.
