Lenovo, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Procurement to Pay (P2P)  Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a focus on finance business process design. The candidate should be fluent in English, able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, and implementation of the Procurement to Pay (P2P) process using SAP and related ERP system
• Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and project documentation
• Familar SAP S4 to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training and support
• Work with other IT teams to integrate the P2P process with other systems
• Continuously improve the P2P process and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation, particularly in the finance module and has strong business sense on P2P finance areas
• Strong understanding of Procurement to Pay (P2P) business processes
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP P2P solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
