职位描述和要求:

Responsible for optimizing AI PD/NBA and other AI-related products through data analysis, including:

1)Analyzing behavior data from different channels, building datasets, evaluating and optimizing intent models and large language models, and improving diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

Building and maintaining data analysis platforms, designing indicator systems, and developing visualization tools.

2)Data Analysis and Mining:

Analyze behavior characteristics and needs of users from different channels, and provide data support for problem diagnosis in different channels.

Mine the relationships between user problems, construct a problem knowledge graph, and improve diagnostic accuracy.

3)Analyze diagnostic result data, identify potential product problems or improvement points, and provide data support for product iteration.

Model Evaluation and Optimization:

4)Evaluate the accuracy, recall, and other indicators of intent models, analyze the reasons for model misjudgments, and propose optimization solutions.

Track the accuracy and completeness of large models summarizing user problems, and assist in optimizing model training data and methods.

Explore new machine learning algorithms and model architectures to improve diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

5)Data Platform Construction:

Participate in building and maintaining the PC problem diagnosis data analysis platform, design data indicator systems, and develop data visualization tools.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data collection, storage, and processing.
