职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities
1. Data Platform Management
a) Improvement of operational efficiency. Build operation data platform and integrate multi-system data (business opportunities, orders, sales behavior, supply chain, etc.)
b) Maintain and manage the data permissions of all related personnel to ensure the security of operation data.
c) Sort out business requirements and data logic for the Magellan project to ensure the smooth progress of the project
2. Power BI Data Visualization Platform Management
a) Rest on the business database to establish a data model combined with the local deployment of Power BI and build a Power BI data visualization platform for the ISG sales operation system.
b) The platform includes more than 10 dashboards for ISG PRC, which is responsible for business monitor and key indicators analysis.
c) Design a variety of report access roles to control the row-level authority of data and reports.
3. Business Analysis
a) Based on strategy priorities, complete daily business data analysis reports and special data analysis projects, provide business suggestions to leadership teams.
b) Build sales capability model to support sales capability evaluation.
c) Provide data suggestions for the optimization of regional structure, realize the optimization of the operation mode of regional and corresponding sales organization, and improve the regional performance.
Requirements
1.BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or in other quantitative discipline
2.5+years in data analysis，experience in developing highly intuitive visualizations (Tableau, Power BI and Qlik), sensitive with Data
3.Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and database segmentation strategies
 4.Experience working with data in various forms: files (Excel, CSV…), relational databases, data warehouses
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization and interfacing with broad set of stakeholders across various functions
