Responsibilities

1.Builds product roadmaps and drives development of SW planning and timeline.
2.Leads and manage projects/program involving cross-functional and/or business team and stakeholder. Follow up product promotion, landing, launch evaluation and validation, and user feedback tracking.
3.To define product scenario, function and success performance metrics and criteria. Continuously improve product standard and experience.
4.Responsible for investigating the changing trend of device collaboration in the industry, building forward-looking.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, 7+ years of relevant work experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
2.Experience defining To C product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills. Deliver high quality MRD and PRD.
3.Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage changing and competing priorities.
4. Good understanding of industry trend od device collaboration. High sensitivity on new technology and trend.
5.High attention to detail, comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
6.Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communication with both business and technical teams. Written and spoken English proficiency is a must.
7.Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical. Be willing to share and summary.
