职位描述和要求:

Job responsibilities:
• Coordinate demand planning efforts with Geo Sales and Marketing to develop bottoms up product and component level forecast plan with alignment to financial targets.
• Manage the communication and coordination of forecasts as it relates to marketing/sales promotions, product transitions and supply availability outlook.
• Manage the Demand Planning interaction and communication with Supply Planning function to ensure efficient planning processes.
• Utilize AI machine learning models to develop trend analysis and shape demand planning actions.
• Utilize the Demand Forecasting System to develop and maintain forecasting information.
• Coordinate communications regarding forecast, consumptions, availability and demand conditioning actions.
• Assess liability risks and coordinate with Geo Sales teams to drive consumption plan and minimize financial impact.

Job requirement
• Fluent in English with ability to host and participate in meetings with geo cross functional teams.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics, preferably within eCommerce and technology industry.
• Demonstrated analytical ability with an aptitude for building a narrative around the data that leads to action.
• Organized and detail-oriented, experienced in building out successful processes.
• Experience working with AI machine learning forecasting model and application.
