Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize an AI Engineering platform to support Lenovo applications.
• Participate in delivering impactful Generative AI solutions for internal and external cases.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by continuously exploring emerging research, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Contribute to all phases of the AI model lifecycle, including development, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.
• Familiarity with Python ecosystem, including Pytest, Django, and FastAPI.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and adhering to Git-based development workflows.
• Practical Experience (a Plus) :
• Proven track record in AI model development, including fine-tuning small language models (SLMs) or optimizing large language model (LLM) inference pipelines.
