1. As PMO leading multi-disciplinary project teams with provide a broad range of solutions and capabilities including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities and business integration
2. Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;
3. Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including senior leadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impact decisions;
4. Understand business needs and drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executive imperatives;
5. Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy;
6. Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business line stakeholders to executives;
7. Manage the value tracking on  global transformation projects as well as conduct the change management
8. Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives;

Qualifications

1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects required; Master’s degree preferred;

2.  Around ~ 6 years or more of experience in one or more: Consulting and experience, implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash and/or project management;

3. PMP, CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus

4. Preferred Skill Requirements

5. SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan

1. Strong project management experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic region/global environments under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

6. Exceptional ability in influencing change, drive results through efficient and practical execute approach;
