职位描述和要求:

Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with Service Center agent and act as Tier 2 support on production issues related to HR systems for the globe or regions.
  • Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Create or maintain end user training documentation and train HR Service Center agents and users on HR systems.
  • Use Business and System Analyst skills in managing system change requests. Recommend system improvements and innovative solutions to HR systems.
  • Lead strategic and complex projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, document gap analysis, create technical designs specifications, configure and test based upon the requirements of system enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience configuring Workday is preferred.
  • Experience with other HCM Cloud solutions like Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System is also preferred.
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred.
  • Understand the cutting-edge technology and know how to apply in HR.
  • Design-thinking mindset.
  • Understand how to improve user experience.
  • Deep knowledge of HR business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and excellent learning ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and project leadership skills including proven track record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
