职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cost budget management, work closely with the ODT Cross function to set up NPI project plan exit budget.
  • Delivery all cost information include BMC, GTG comparison, Cost comparison vs competitor, and cost trend analysis etc. at all checkpoints.
  • Continuously drive cost down through COD process.
  • Support EQW/EOW cost readiness for early bidding request.
  • Take initiative to stream all cost management related process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • More than 3 years working experience, experience in cost management and Manufacture or OEM environment is a plus.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing. as you will be working in a multinational environment and communicating with global teams.
