Responsibilities
1. Manage 4PL logistics operation for TianJin plant including VMI warehousing, finished goods warehousing and Inbound in TianJin plant
2. Manage overall short team and long term resources arrangement, including 4PL resources, investment , Proper adjustment based on volumes and capacity based on plant manufacturing requirements
3. Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous improvement and efficiency
4. Optimize the warehouse space utilization and ensure all warehouse procedures comply with the company’s and customer’s needs
5. Formulate and implement logistics and warehousing development strategy, Driving and deliver projects and develop IT solutions
6. Managing 4PL warehousing contract, pricing, Interface with finance on cost measurement and allocations, achieve cost saving targets
7. Key Lenovo Global logistics owner for TianJin logistics operation and interface with 4PL and manufacturing, etc cross function team
Qualifications:
1. 5 years above experience in logistics, ideally in warehousing in 3Pl or shipper manufacturing environment
2. Knowledge of warehousing operation, process and detailed operation procure
3. Knowledge of China logistics market and logistics operation model, experienced in 3Pl or 4Pl management role, either procurement or operations
4. Flexible and Innovative, strategic thinking and solid action driver, also willing to be working under pressure
5. A good team player ,
6. capability of using digital tools doing data analysis or visibility dashboard etc
7. Good English and presentation skills
