Responsibilities

1. China region operation performance and KPI management (transportation and DCs)

2. Overall look at 4PL resources including CDC and RDC and 3PL resources and investment

3. Drive & track and delivery the related projects/initiatives implementation, achieve cost reduction

4. Analysis customers' demands and convert into requirements and work with 4PL setup action plans

5. China Network review and Process optimization together with 4PL

6. China logistics and transportation market intelligence

7. Deliver solution for risk contingencies, Loss & damage claims and compliance

8. IT solutions

Qualifications:

1. 5 years above experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain strategy, or sales operations, or any other supply chain operations functions

2. Knowledge of China logistics market and logistics operation model, experienced in 3Pl or 4Pl management role, either procurement or operations

3. Understand China sales and operation model or process, that benefit of setting up better logistics requirements or actions

4. Flexible and Innovative, strategic thinking and solid action driver, also willing to be working under pressure

5. A good team player ,

6. capability of using digital tools doing data analysis or visibility dashboard etc

7. Good English and presentation skills
