职位描述和要求:

Job description:

  • Perform planning actions to support service parts supply chain throughout part lifecycle
  • Accountable for global raw material supply: provide quick reaction on planning adjustment to secure the customer order fulfillment; support finished product/raw material allocation to maintain customer service level. Resolve customer escalations, manage recovery actions
  • Coordinate on supply shortage contingency plan and work with procurement on pull in work
  • Analyze inventory health status at each stock location worldwide and take actions to improve inventory turns and reduce on E&O
  • Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
  • Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities

Candidate requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations
  • Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, planning, inventory control, logistics management, etc
  • Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Good in data analysis and like numbers
  • Skillful on MS office tools, familiar with Power BI / SQL tool preferred, experience on advanced digital tools is a plus
  • Experience in Reverse Logistics or Service Parts industry is preferable
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills both English and Chinese
