Position Description:

1. Manage all PCSD including NB/DTAIO/SDS ODM quotation execution to ensure the readiness of SBB/MTM contract price for specific project to trigger purchasing orders to ODMs timely with accurate price.

2. Collaborating with commodity GCMs, ODM GCMs to ensure BS/AVAP/DB price is accurate to support SBB/MTM contract price calculation, verification and confirmation with ODMs daily and quarterly.

3. Manage quarterly MTM/SBB quotation & contract price refresh

4. Reconciliation management including quarterly cycle count, EC, BMC recon and monthly shipment recon.

5. Remote site SKD/CKD quotation and recon management to support Lenovo Local build requirement.

6. Support Lenovo internal BU/FIN net cost data maintenance requirement during NPI and MP phase, primarily focusing on DB costs

7. Drive digital transformation projects and process reengineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

8. Conduct data analysis to strength and enhance team’s capability in data tracking, recording, and summarizing

9. Coordinate price-related issue between ODMs and Lenovo cross-functional team like FIN, BU, Fulfilment, IT and others to ensure smooth business operations.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 3-5 years’ work experience of procurement, supply chain or finance.

3. Good communication and well coordinator skills; good written, spoken English and excel execution, Power BI, Python for data analysis capability will be preferred.

4. With passion to work and be highly self-motivated and results driven.

5. Good and fast learning.
